• No cancellation for Express or Same Day delivery orders.

  • Our policy lasts for 24 hours prior to the delivery. If you cancel the order after 24 hours prior to the delivery, we will not be refunding or give an exchange.

  • To be entitled for a return, your item must remain unused and in good condition to be received by us. It must also be in original packing.

  • To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please do not send back your purchase to the manufacturer

  • There are exceptional situations where only partial refunds are granted; (as necessary )

  • Any item not in original condition, or damaged or missing in parts for reasons not known to us or due to our errors.

Soon as your return is received and verified, we will send you an email notifying you to have received from you as returned item. We will also keep you informed about acceptance or rejection of refund. If your item is accepted, it will be followed by refund and it will be processed and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment in few days.


Late or missing refunds (as required)


If you have not received a refund, it is recommended to check your bank account and also contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account or you can contact your bank.There is mostly some processing time before the refund is carried out. We generally ship the product as per delivery date and time requested by user that can range from 1 hour to 2 weeks after receiving the order.

You would be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be reduced from your refund.
